You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all labels and packaging intact. Trying something on for fit is fine, the same as you would in a store. Email info@basenwearstore.com with your order number and we will send you everything you need.

No. Once your return is approved we email you a prepaid return label, so sending it back costs you nothing. We also do not charge a restocking fee, which means the amount you paid for the item is the amount you get back.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and ship from our fulfillment center in Traverse City, Michigan. Delivery within the United States usually takes another 3 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days of purchase. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no handling fees. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout, so the total you see before paying is the total you pay.

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only, so we can keep delivery fast and returns simple. If we open up other regions, our email list hears about it first.

You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that it has usually already gone to the warehouse and we can no longer stop it. Once it arrives you can still request a return under our 60 day policy. Email info@basenwearstore.com as soon as possible and we will do what we can.

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will sort it out with a replacement, a refund, store credit or whatever fits the situation best.
